Your cover sheet should have only a few things on it. These include the title of your paper, your name, the class, the date you submit your paper, and the professor's name. These items should be in the middle of the paper about four and a half inches from the top of the sheet of paper.

The font you use should be the same as the rest of your paper. In other words, use a standard (such as Times New Roman), 12 point font. There should be nothing else on the paper such as graphics or photographs.
The cover sheet should be either stapled or paper-clipped to the rest of the paper.
